Best Weapons & Gear For Blessed Infusion FandomSpot

Blessed infusions increase faith scaling and enhance physical damage, though do not come with an elemental bonus like a lightning infusion does.

However, they make up for this with their passive – which has you slowly regenerate HP!

While on paper blessed infusions may seem more support-focused when compared to lightning, weapons that already possess innate lightning damage actually respond very well to blessed in terms of DPS.

This is because blessed allows the existing lightning damage to scale with faith, while also bolstering the physical damage, giving you the best of both worlds!

But what likes being blessed the most? In this list I’ll be going over our top picks.

5. Your Shield of Choice

Starting off with more of a blanket term than an actual specific piece of gear, but this is something that many players overlook.

Even if you’re not going faith – blessed infuse your shield!

The faith scaling only increases damage – so unless you’re planning on clubbing people with your shield, you’re missing out on free HP regen.

Granted, a handful of the top-tier shields aren’t infusible.

But tons of popular choices like the buckler are, so be sure to check!

4. Drakeblood Greatsword

Ok, onto an actual weapon now, and one that has come up on a good few of our infusions listings: the Drakeblood.

The Drakeblood is the only weapon to have both innate lightning and magic damage, so it responds well to a blessed infusion and reaches an A-scaling in faith!

However, unlike infusions like chaos or dark, there is no intelligence scaling, so the magic damage won’t increase and can feel a bit wasted.

How to get: Dropped by the drakeblood knight in archdragon peak.

3. Dragonslayer’s Axe

One of the most popular choices for raw DPS, the brutal Dragonslayer’s Axe can pile on even more pressure with a blessed infusion!

The spam-swinging playstyle of this weapon already leaves so few openings, that gaining health while pounding on your foes is always a nice bonus.

When compared to lightning you are losing out in scaling (dropping from B to C in faith), so this choice is likely best for early-game invasions, where the HP regen will be strongest.

How to get: Dropped by the invading Creighton in Irithyll.

2. Lothric Knight Greatsword

Finally, the last weapon with innate lightning – and definitely the strongest.

A blessed LKGS is one of the strongest PvP weapons available for faith builds, as it receives a huge boost to physical, retains the A-scaling in faith, and even has higher dex scaling than a lightning infusion!

This, when paired with the stun-locking high-poise moveset, often proves too much for an opponent to handle – and will make quick work of them in just a few swings.

And for every second that your foe is too scared to get close, you’re getting healthier!

How to get: Dropped by Lothric knights wielding it.

1. Caestus

For me, the caestus is the off-hand tool.

It’s the best for parrying regardless of build, and can even be used as a weapon in a pinch to deliver a quick right hook to finish off an opponent!

It even gets S-scaling in faith, so its damage is huge on pure faith builds.

And by giving it blessed, you’re getting a nice slow regen when you’re not actively parrying or punching.

I mean, I first used it in 2016, and still use it in PvP today.

If that doesn’t give you an idea of how strong it is, I don’t know what will.

How to get: Found in the sewers of the undead settlement, near the giant rat.
