NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) — A 61-year-old Nampa man is accused of attacking a liquor store employee and then ramming his vehicle into the building.
Nampa Police says it was called to 1225 12th Avenue Road on Tuesday evening about a belligerent customer.
"While on the phone with dispatch, the customer left the business, got into his vehicle, aggressively backed up, and rammed into the front entry doors of the building," Nampa PD said.
Five people inside the store were not hurt.
Officers say the customer, Richard Craig Christiancy, took off from the scene but eventually stopped on Greenhurst Road where he was taken into custody.
He's been charged with five counts of aggravated assault and two counts of felony vandalism.
