It's Bryan Adams' eve again

The tour will continue through October with Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru and New Delhi as stops

Singer-songwriter Bryan Adams is as big a fan of India as India is of his soft rock music. So, now that he is back for another multi-city musical journey with his Ultimate Tour, fans are waiting with baited breath. The tour will continue through October with Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru and New Delhi as stops.

Since this is a longer tour, our sources tell us that there have been talks of Adams bringing his wife Alicia Grimaldi and daughters Mirabella Bunny Adams and Lula Rosylea Adams. "When musicians go on longer tours like this one, they like to take their family along. And the entire Adams family love the country," shares our source. After all, the Canadian legend has come to India four times already, since his 1995 tour.

Adams' previous tour in 2011 also had a similar trajectory with Mumbai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad as pitstops, but the Delhi gig was canned due to lack of NOC from Delhi Police. Much like this time (with a party at the Bachchan residence in Mumbai and one hosted by Prabhas, of Baahuballi fame, in Hyderabad) the film industry had proved itself a fan. "Many celebrities wanted to click photographs with him, or meet him, but we weren't doing meet-and-greets then," a source from the Indian media outreach team recalls, adding that the likes of actors Rani Mukherjee and Preeti Zinta had been among the stars who had attended the concert.

A VEGAN FEAST?

Both, the crooner and Bachchan Sr, have received accolades from animal rights orgs – the former is a tireless proponent of animal rights and a vegan, while the latter has been voted the hottest vegetarian many times.
